Terms for using AI Aquarium Doctor

Agreement

These Terms of Use apply when you access or use AI Aquarium Doctor, including the mobile app, website, AI checkups, species identification, tank tracking, water chemistry tools, reminders, subscriptions, and credit packs. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

AI guidance is not professional care

AI Aquarium Doctor provides informational aquarium-care guidance based on the information, photos, water parameters, and symptoms you provide. It is not veterinary advice, a medical diagnosis, or a substitute for a qualified veterinarian or aquatics specialist. For severe, urgent, uncertain, or worsening conditions, seek professional help.

Your account and content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the tank details, photos, notes, and test results you enter. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant us permission to store, process, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the service and provide the features you request.

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use the service to submit harmful, illegal, abusive, or misleading content.
• Keep any sign-in credentials secure and tell us if you believe your account was misused.

Purchases and subscriptions

Paid subscriptions and credit packs are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you purchased them. Store terms, renewal rules, cancellation flows, taxes, and refund policies may apply. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the store account used for the purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or bypass the service or its limits.
• Use automated requests except through interfaces we explicitly provide.
• Attempt to access another user's account, tank data, photos, or private storage.
• Use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, remove, or limit features as the app evolves, including AI models, quotas, pricing, and supported platforms. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free results.

Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AI Aquarium Doctor and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses related to aquarium inhabitants, equipment, water quality, data, revenue, or use of the service.
